So We've Been Slacking...Kinda

Hey guys! So you may have noticed the videos have died off. Don't worry, we're still recording! We just noticed that our videos were getting a bit long. While we want to shared every second of our adventures (especially for our families to see), we want them to be easy and fun to watch. Jack's been taking a break from editing as we re-evaluate how we want to share our adventures with you. But don't worry! There will be more coming.

The same goes for the city posts. We're typing them out, but our WiFi connection has been a struggle the past several cities, ranging from slow to intermittent to outright non-existent, so uploading pictures and editing the site have been frustrating. Rather than be frustrated on our year (plus) soujourn from real life, we decided to wait until we have better connection and the time for uploads before making updates.

But there is an upside! Updating the travel map is quick an easy from our phones! So if you want to keep up with where we've been, when we were there, and how we got there, go check it out on the Our Travels page!

A quick rundown for you:

- We flew to Rome! We had two days there, and took it on with the same gusto we did Paris and Bordeaux. From the Colosseum to Vatican City to the Trevi Fountains, we saw it all, and almost exclusively in two-foot drive! We also got a lot of travel planning done.

- Napoli! We took a day trip to Pompeii (highly recommend), a beach day in the harbour under Mount Vesuvius (again, highly recommend), and accidentally (but awesomely) visited local markets. Again, almost exclusively in two-foot drive.

- Florence! We're there now, and our friend got in last night. Jo and I took a walk around renaissance Florence with Rick Steves audio tour in our ears, had some ginormous paninis for lunch, and enjoyed beer and spritzes in the courtyard of our renovated convent of a hostel.
